without the permission and consent of the candidate.
Our job candidates select where they would like
to be presented as we disclose to them where we
can present them for possible employment. We always
involve the candidate 100% in the presentation
process, and act as team players representing
his or her interest.
We participate fully in the negotiation of salary
process, and as much in the explanation of benefits
process as our clients require.
We delicately turn down candidates who are not
selected for offers after an interview, and just
as diplomatically let our clients know when a
candidate has turned them down.
We are sensitive, gentle, outgoing and aggressive
middle-men. We negotiate for our candidates' best
interests and do our best to match them up to
our clients' best interests.
